How can I deal with this?

I have bad earaches, hearing loss, dizziness, intermittant fever and headaches. A scan done a year ago indicated a possible choleteoma but no obvious bone erosion. I went to the ENT, he checked my ear and said I had a cholesteatoma and even told me the Dr. who would do the surgery. I was scheduled for a cat scan and a hearing test. I went for the cat scan last Thursday. On Monday I went to the DRs office, tried to set up a hospital date and was told that they had not received any reports from the cat scan. The hospital had said that the report is sent to the Dr either Thursday pm or Friday am. I told the receptionist what the hospital had told me, so she called the hospital and the report was faxed. I picked up the report at the hospital and the radiologist said my ear canal was perfectly clear. I had a sinus infection. The Drs office called me and said that the Dr wants to study the scans and the hospital will deliver the scan by courrier on tuesday (today). I asked if I could make a consultation visit after the hearing test and after the Dr has looked at the scans. The reception said NO, we do not do that. If the Dr. wants to see you we will call you. I have bad earaches, hearing loss, dizziness, intermittant fevers and headaches. I do not know how to deal with this if the DRs office will not talk to me. If I go for the hearing test and that also falls into the abyss, my quality of life and health is at stake. I do not know how to deal with any of this, if no one will talk to me, if the radiology report is inaccurate. Suggestions and advice are appreciated and welcomed. I do not have much money, that is another major problem.
