We're home from the hospital

did great! Doc said it was a classic congenital cholesteatoma.

He was able to go through the ear canal (yay), lift the eardrum and

excise the cholesteatoma in two parts. He scoped the middle ear and

feels like it was clean and that he got it all. He's got packing that

will stay there for about 4 weeks.

Thank you everyone for your well wishes and support. is groggy

and has vomited a few times, but is otherwise his feisty self.
