I had pulsation tinnitus after the surgery. It took sometime to disappear. Hang on there. Pray for the best. orbitzz77 <orbitzz77@...> wrote: OMG its been a week now and this damn ringing is just getting worse! Does it ever subside? Here I am at 2 in the morning reading these posts cuz I cant sleep with all this buzzing a cross between static TV and tinkling metal, anyone else experienced this after surgery and will it ever calm down?

I've had tinnitus for 1.5 years. The other night I

couldn't sleep and I swear it was worse. I didn't

think it was magnified cos it was quiet; it was really

screeching. Anyway, in the morning it was still the

same as it was prior to that night. It was indeed

magnified in the quiet. I've accepted that it's here

for life, but it's fairly quiet so I can live with it.

I hope yours subsides.
