Guest guest
a month ago i had some stuff come out of my ear after a sauna it was alot of ear wax with black in it. i wondered if this could be mercury from the sinus cavity or maybe even brain. i have never done ear insufflation, but now i'm thinking about trying it if this is a way to get mercury out of the brain. Guest guest
Dear Gail, It is mostly lymph, with oxidized candida and bacteria in it. It is quite alkaline and burns the sensitive pinnea (outer ear). My wife found that stuffing a bit of kleenex into the ear canal stopped it from coming out and minimized the 'collateral damage'. In people with brain cancer, it often takes on a grey color, not seen in people with just candida. We believe this is oxidized cancer cells. Best of health! I started off so fast because I wanted my brain back and I really didn't know what the recommended amount of time was anyway. But if this is doing what it is to the skin in and around my ears, I wonder what it is (whatever it is) doing to my brain!!! Saul, have you ever taken a swab of whatever it is and had it analyzed? Sure would be interesting to know what exactly it all is. GAil OxyPLUS is an unmoderated e-ring dealing with oxidative therapies, and other alternative self-help subjects. Guest guest
Hi Arthur, I actually love the ear insufflation because it was like getting a fresh dose of oxygen to the brain. I could think better and also had more energy. Then later I started getting a little tired right after insufflation. I remember hearing how when killing off candida, it can make you tired so I thought that was probably what was going on. I'm still going to continue but at a slower pace. Guest guest
Dear Gail, Not to discourage you, it was about 18 months before she could insufflate without a reaction. Best of Health! Discouraging but informative. Guess it's going to be a long haul. Also how long does the rash last. Need not be exact. I realize everybody is different and some don't even get it, but I would like some ballpark figure just to give me some idea of what I am up against. Guest guest
- Another question. What is the least amount of saunas per week one can do to force a healing crisis that they can still tolerate? Seems like I read on your other list somebody saying one a week was not enough to gain victory over an illness. Is 2 enough? 3? What's the least amount for success? Thanks, again. Guest guest
Dear Gail, From two days to two weeks, although I have seen a few people who kept going in the sauna regardless of itching have three months of rash, although it declined over that period.
