- Do vaccines have fetal tissue in them? I have never heard this before!! All vaccines or only certain ones? Please tell me more. P.S. If you are speaking of an autistic child who has allergies, which most children with autism do have of one kind or another allergy which is what causes some of the behaviorial problems in our children. Also most people aren't aware that asthma is actually an allergy problem mostly by food allergies and then environmental allergies also contribute.
