Guest guest
Well, I had my first c-toma surgery on Tuesday and it took over 10 hours!!! I was under general anesthesia for over 12...has anyone ever heard of it taking that long? I still don't understand how it happened. My ear feels OK so far, but my ARMS are killing me...I guess they were pinned under me for the whole time...now I can barely move them. I also feel terribly dizzy...I know that's pretty common, but when should I expect it to stop? The doctor feels confident that she got all the growth out, but she had to remove a bone (Incus) so now I will probably need reconstruction eventually. I'm just glad it's over and now I can concentrate on healing and being able to walk in a straight line again. Thanks again for the support and words of wisdom.
