Guest guest
Good luck to you Suzy. I, for one, will be praying for you Friday. Joyce E Surgery this Friday I will have my revision of the revision of almost two years ago this Friday at UCSF. I am currently fused T2 to sacrum, front and back. Unfortunately, my posture needs fixing, so I will have a wedge osteotomy at L3 to pull me back and to the right. I may need a second surgery to fix the pseudarthosis anteriorly at L5/S1. Another long surgery or two. Hopefully this time I have an easier recovery. See ya all later...suzy habibi Support for scoliosis-surgery veterans with Harrington Rod Malalignment Syndrome. Guest guest
Cam, I nearly forgot to answer your question about the Ostomy Society. It is just another support group (VERY large) with chapters locally and other places which is for people who have had to have bladders, colons, etc., removed surgically. It is a very active society, to which I belong, since I have a urostomy (due to the scoliosis). I think I have already said this, but I wish you the very, very best on Friday! Carole M.
