I am excited!

Hi friends,

I wanted to share with you my one last goal before my first anniversary of my

knee replacements. I figure you are the people who will understand the most

what this means to me.

The other day, for the first time, I was able to kneel on one of those

kneeling gardening things without using my arms to hold me up. In other

words....I put my complete weight on my replacement knees. I know I could not

just kneel down on a hard floor right now....but this thing has side arm support

for getting up and down and until now, I was first too scared and later when I

tried it hurt. But now, I know I can do it! Hope you don't mind me patting

myself on the back but this was the one last thing I wanted to succeed in doing

before my 1 year anniversary of the surgery.
