CO and weight gain

Hi everyone, I'm new to the group and CO. Have been taking it for almost two

weeks now and have had phenomenal results with my ulcerative colitis. In fact, I

would say I'm almost back to normal. Wish I'd have known about it years ago!

Interestingly enough, I have gained about 5 pounds taking it and I feel like I'm

eating less. Everywhere else I read, people lose weight taking it.

Does anyone have any thoughts/insight on this? Of course I'll keep taking it

because of all the benefits, but I really hope I don't keep gaining weight

either. By the way, before I started taking CO I was just slightly above the

average weight for my height and build.

Thank you all in advance for your feedback.

Carolyn

Are you cutting back on other food calories, or are you just adding

coconut oil calories on top of what you normally eat?
