I was wondering about the mechanical issue myself. I had my TKR two weeks ago

today so kneeling is not an option at this point. LOL. I will be glad when the

swelling is better so I can walk a little better.

My doctor said I can do anything except kneel. I wonder if that has to do

with having your knee cap or having an artificial knee cap.
