Mine is still usually a bit warmer than the other, but it certainly isn¹t

hot any more. I¹m assuming that it¹s because all those warm little blood

cells are in there continuing to heal the soft tissues damaged by the

surgery. Elves?

It should be warm, not hot or swollen.

Why is my knee that has had the replacement hot to touch all the time? It

doesn't appear to be swollen. Just curious.

Hi

Anytime there is inflammation, heat is produced. It is normal :o)

Mine was always a bit warmer than the other, but when it got much hotter,

and very red, I had an infection. Can you get it checked?

I went to the doctor last week.  He felt it.  I suppose it is just warmer and

not really " hot " .
