Guest guest
I have had both hips replaced. One was 3 1/2 years ago and the other was 20 months ago. I have had no problems and have been going to the gym right along. Recently I added yoga and some stretch classes and one of my hips is really hurting. It has that achey, arthritis feel that it had before the surgery but I am able to walk ok. It is bad enough to wake me up at night. Does anyone know if yoga can cause problems for a replaced joint or am I just using muscles that haven't been used? Only one side hurts, the newer hip. Thanks.
