Hi everybody...I've been reading for about 10 days everything that'sposted, and have some questions of my own that haven't been talkedabout yet. I was given the diagnosis and set a date for a total right hip

replacement to happen in March. I've been frantically touring theinternet about all this, and have a lot of questions answered but someare needing more information. WARNING: some are pretty trivial, but

nonetheless, freaking me out! So first off: Any information you all may have about the ESSENTIAL " hardware " needs I may have to consider; ie, toilet seats, crutches, walkers, canes, clothing helpers, and anything else you can think of....

thanks, and looking forward to " meeting " my fellow bionic jointrecipients. Lisel

A long shoe horn is very helpful. There is also a gadget (which I gave

someone to use and I forgot who) to put on socks. It's a plastic item

with ropes attached. You might also want to get raisers for you bed if

needed.
