I only did one at a time but did them with only 8 weeks in between. I

am not sleeping well, either, almost like being " jet lagged. "

However, my doctor did give me a prescription for generic Ultram ---

Tramadol--a while back. This is NOT a narcotic, but the brain acts like

it is! The usual dose is 50-100mg every 4 hours, but mine seems to last

about 6-8 hours in between doses. Sometimes I only need it once a day.

I am still taking stronger stuff because of muscle cramps at night when

I am trying to sleep.
