Do you know if you replace just one meal like lunch with a protein

shake you will

Loose 20 lbs in no time, I did 75 lbs with 0 exercise it was while I had 4

surgeries last year.

So a little weight off just might give the surgeon doctor confidence that

you are motivated to

Make this work for you.

I am not at all suggesting its easy but its safer for you in the long run.

I also lost my job of 23 years because of so many surgeries, they got fed up

with me.

I am 55 now and haven't worked for 10 years. But I have taken up a hobby,

Which gets my work published in Australian and American magazines. I never

thought I had

An artistic bone in my body until I was forced to find something to do other

than feel sorry for myself.,

So hang in there I am sure it will all come together for you. Power of

positive thinking. !!!

-- knees and overweight.!

I am facing the bi-lateral TKR and am over weight. My doctor says there is

nothing more he can do for me. If the surgeon says I have to loose weight

first I will scream! I feel so emotional...my doctor asked me to loose 20

lbs and I just couldn't do it. I am depressed, lost my job in June to cut

backs after 10 years and I can not get a job (even for free), because I come

in pain limping...no one wants to hire me a middle aged broken employee.

Sorry...I am a wreck today. I feel so used up and worthless today.
