Guest guest Posted December 1, 2010 Report Share Posted December 1, 2010 Hey Group, I took my first tablespoon of coconut oil this morning. It wasn't bad. I thought it would be really thick and gross, but I was pleasantly surprised. In fact I am going to try another tablespoon before going to bed. I really liked Ravi's post about the benefits of coconut oil. I have also pulled one time and will try that again. I think I may be on a supplement overload. I read about stuff and sort of jump on the band wagon and should maybe think about getting rid of all my supplements and contacting someone who can actually guide me on the supplements that I should be taking on a daily basis. For us newbies-who work full time and don't have much reading or study time, maybe one of you could share a list of " must take supplements " that would benefit me everyday. I am not going to make my own whey, so that would not be a practical supplement for me. I enjoy reading the posts and think that there is some good information being passed.
