Guest guest
Hi everyone. I had a minimally invasive total hip(titanium and ceramic)done July 12th. I'm 41 years old. I'm doing okay. I was wondering how everyone's pain was the week after? I can barely sleep at night because I get so stiff, I just have to get up and walk. Also, a question on leg length. My Dr said my legs were the same length pre-op(I was sure they weren't) And now, the operated leg just has to be a good inch(maybe more)longer. I've read that this is a normal " feeling " , but I can SEE that it is longer. Is it my imagination? Is it swelling? Will it go away? Lastly, I was wondering how everyone progressed with walking aides. I used a walker for a day and am now on crutches. Thanks for your help!
