Guest guest
Hi All, I took the below quotes from a few year old Q and A forum showing on Google and I would like to know if anyone on here knows what the acronym ART (in last sentence) might stand for. I am hoping you can figure it out based on the context of the paragraph I have sent. " Todd is a adhesion a tear? How do I fix it? No, adhesions can occur between two muscles, two heads of a muscle, a muscle a nerve, etc. When things are not operating optimally, you will get a degree of friction, wasted movement, uneven tension etc. that affects the way the muscluloskeletal system operates. Waste products, of metabolism at the cellular level, scar tissue, from microscopic tears in the muscle, etc. all can aid in the developement of adhesions. In time, these can cause problems. ART, can go in and manually release these adhesions, allowing the muscle or muscle group to function properly again. " Thanks, LEANN
