Debi,thanks so much,

I do know how you feel, I certainly didn't want to do a hip whilst in the

process

Of getting my shoulders done and strong,

So when I had 2 dislocations in 4 days, I was absolutely petrified of it

happening again

Especially when I wasn't doing anything the second time, the pain is like

nothing on this earth.

The surgeon had a cancellation for the next day so I didn't even get to go

home and pack a bag.

So I didn't have very long to procrastinate about it. He did give me a

figure something like

When you have one dislocation you have a 50/50 chance of it happening again,

a second one and it went up to like 90%

Okay I will ring him I am just worried he is going to say come up and its 3

hours each way.

- Absolutely talk to your surgeon! Put your fears to rest.

Debi (2 dislocations & still deciding if I should do a revision or not)
