Guest guest
Those who can't seem to lose weight or be anabolic even on a reduced carb diet may indeed benefit by supplementing magnesium, which can increase DHEA creation. The growth hormones are metabolic enhancers and reduced age-related degeneration and increased longevity involves maintaining youthful levels anyway so it's worth pursuing. Jo my wife and I magnesium supplement with frequent Epsom salts baths, we take selenium 200 mcg most days, and we supplement potassium using No-Salt when we salt at all. We're also taking one chromium polynicotinate 200 mg and a capsule of Black Indian Shilajit for trace minerals and fulvic/humic acids, and we're just going to double these. Jo has gone into another slimming phase related no doubt to the addition to our anti-aging program of the chromium and shilajit we started a couple of months ago. Jo had been metabolically slow and many people will remember I said she had degenerative illness and IBS for years, and that our anti-aging approach has been working; well, it looks like we've increased her RPM a bit more The shilajit, pregnenolone, whey, and colostrum we're using are all anabolic. all good, Duncan > > > > I get all the DHEA i need from transdermal magnesium.
