Guest guest
The one I attend is not a " hydro pool, " if you mean one where the water is moving. I go to a swimming pool of various depths that is heated to 92-degrees for the purpose of therapeutic exercise. Also I said I pay $3.00 for open swim time, and $4.00 for instructor led arthritis CLASS. This is when the instructor guides about a dozen or more participants in various movements and stretches for all the joints for about half an hour, with an extra first and last 15 minutes being on your own to swim or do other exercises. There are a variety of flip charts with illustrations of therapy routines available poolside and lots of floaty tools to provide resistance and otherwise help people work out independently. I'm sure each pool and rehab facility is different to varying degrees. -September > > Wow thats such a great price for a hydro pool. $3.00 and $4.00 if assisted. > I pay $4.00 if I go on my own, but its $50.00 if I have help. > > . x >
