I like Wilderness Family Naurals. There are certainly other good

companies but WFN solved problems for me very quickly. I have tried

hald a dozen different brands. Only one was from a company I would

not use again. I used to buy 5 gallon pails but they can ba real pain

in the butt, so now I use one gallon pails, even though they cost a

bit more.

I have used both centrifuged and expeller pressed. Both are good.

Last time I ordered I bout a case of 6 gallons and will probably buy

another case when I start to run low.
