Guest guest
Hi All, It does sound like the most minimally invasive is the anterior approach. I agree incision length is not at all important to me. Who are the best surgeons with this approach who have done the most successful cases? Would it be the Matta group in Santa ? He pioneered it, I believe. And what is the best implant? I have been reading about implants and my head is swimming! I cannot do metal on metal because I just had metal allergy blood testing and I am highly reactive to nickel. What about ceramic on ceramic or oxinium on XLPE? Opinions? There seems to be potential problems with all of them! Thanks G
