Guest guest
Wow you guys are lucky, we aren't allowed to drive for a minimum of 6 weeks. Regardless of how great you might feel. Insurance is void if you do. I have zero public transport. -- Second knee replacement coming up. Question about driving. Ready to go in tomorrow morning for the right knee this time. Hoping all goes as well as before. My main concern is whether I will be able to drive myself to outpatient PT in 2 weeks with the new right knee. Drove myself everywhere, did housework, all my own shopping within 2 weeks last time. However, safety must be my first concern. Not using the pain pills when driving is one thing, but how safe did everyone feel with accelerator and brakes on the car? Guess this is probably up to the individual, but just kind of wondering what everyone else discovered about this. ------------------------------------
