I suggest calling CLOS and talking with the nurse - Debbie Green in NC! It

could be nothing, but it never hurts to get things checked out!

Good luck and get well soon!

Hello to everyone,

My name is Stacey and I had the MGM about 14 months ago and about a

week and a half ago I woke up in the middle of the night with my throat

burning. I drank some water and felt better and went back to sleep.

It happened again the next night and it was terrible. It was like

something I had never felt before, it was like acid in my throat. I

started prilosec the next day and went back to taking pepto again too.

My throat feels almost like I'm starting to get a sore throat now. (If

you know what I mean). Acid reflux has never really been a problem

before, and it definately was not this irritating before.

Just to let you know, my weight is in the normal range now for my

height and I feel great for the most part. I've lost over 130 pounds

and weigh in the low 140's.

I hope someone can give me some advice on what to do next.

Thanks,

Stacey in SC
