You're missing the point... no MLM can force you to join it in the first place. If you voluntarily join any group, obviously you must abide by the terms and conditions that apply, but no one is forcing you to join, thus, no one is forcing you to buy the product, if that is a part of the terms and conditions - you voluntarily agreed to abide by said terms when you joined.
