Hey yall! Its gonna be my babys 1st birthday party next weekend and I'm hoping

to make homemade coconut milk ice cream. Does anyone have any good recipes? I

just don't see his party as a good time to start with junk food. Thanks!

Jules.

Re: silver pulling

Bonnie, there's not a whole lot of toxins in your mouth at any given moment

because they are continually being washed out by saliva. So yes you can

swallow the Colloidal Silver after swishing without ill effect, and like I

said after knowing the silver community for ten years, most people do so.

If you're making your own CS or getting it cheaply you might afford to spit

it out, and you can always swish with water or ozonated water first and save

some CS.

Ozone and CS together by the way results in bacterial kill of 1000 times

either that of either one alone.

I recommend generic dirt-cheap CS that you make yourself. I sell a lot of CS

and it's saved lives but I'll tell you it's not different from what you'd

make with the same power, silver, and water. Email me if you want some; I

sell 40 PPM CS at wholesale, 2 qt for $50 US including packaging and

shipping by expedited mail. The 40 PPM ships more cheaply than diluting it

first, and people dilute it themselves to 5-12 PPM at home.

all good,

Duncan
