Guest guest
Dianne, since whey is assimilated almost without digestion it is supposed to be all assimilated in a very short time. You could reduce serving size and have an extra serving over the day and also take it with digestive enzymes. Some of the whey companies add a smattering of enzymes to facilitate digestion of that last 5% or so that needs to be digested. Also, check into the whey you have; it must be low-temperature processed and perhaps for you, non-hydrolysed protein, which seems to be better tolerated. all good, Duncan > > More questions about whey powder.
