How healthy is my breakfast?

Hi all,

I always thought I eat a very nutritious breakfast. Am I? Here is what I do.

In a blender I put some wild blueberries, papaya and pineapple chunks, freshly

ground flax seed (alternating with other seeds), chia seeds, raw egg (I get it

from a farmer), some molasses, coconut oil, MSM powder, home made raw milk

kefir. Once blended, it comes to about 3 cups.

(I'm vegetarian)

What do you think?
