More questions about whey powder. I started taking this mixed in about

6 oz of milk a couple of weeks ago. I just realized it has been giving

me heartburn! I took it late in the evening one night and had heartburn

all that night and the next day. Then I realized I'd been having it

since I started taking it, just not as severe.

What now? I really want to do this.

Thank you Duncan, I will try smaller servings and I managed to get a

container of whey that says nothing about low temp processing. If the

smaller servings don't work I'll have to chuck this batch. Also keeping

digestive enzymes in mind.

enzymes to facilitate digestion of that last 5% or so that needs to be digested.

I had two people tell me the same thing a few months ago.

Actually one of them gave me her remaining whey powder.

She did't want to ever try it again!

My suggestion is to : Try Tapping ( google EFT and download the free manual

) Very simple for basic application. And totally non-invasive!

Your set-up phrase could be: " Even if whey powder gives me heartburn,

I choose to accept and forgive myself for any contribution I may have in

this " .

Or : " Even though whey powder gives me heartburn, I ask my body to

completely accept it as good and to permanently discontinue any negative

reaction to it " .

Try both set-up statements if you want 3 times, and then do 7 rounds of

tapping using simple statements at each point like: this heartburn, this

reaction to whey, etc.

You may want to ease into it by starting with 1/3 of your original volume.

Visualize as you are drinking it ( very slowly), that every single drop that

is entering your body is carrying bright healing energy, full of warmth and

goodness.

You are the Producer of your own mental movie, and the more vivid and

detailed it is the better it will work for you.

I do a lot of Energy Therapy and visualization is one of my tools that is

very effective for so many different applications.

Blessings,

Nick

So far, I have not seen where you can get too many enzymes, but suppose

there is a limit. In a recent article posted here, the doctor said that

enzymes are actually stored up. I have always been somewhat of an

enzyme extremist. I have always munched on fresh pineapple before meals

and take lots of various kinds and lactose with my whey. Works for me.

Thanks for the info, Jim. Especially about the fresh pineapple.
