Guest guest
10% to about 20% of caucasians have some mutation that reduces their ability to detoxify with whey and selenium due to impaired methylation in the recycling of glutathione. The solution is to take more methylating substances; vitamin b-complex is in my protocol, but some people do better specifically with methylcobalamin b-12 or hydroxycobalamin. Trimethylglycine, (betaine) which some take to increase stomach HCl, and SAM-e, can also be used to increase methylation, and I'm looking into DMSO as a methyl donor. This info might help some on the list with chronic fatigue. all good, Duncan
