It also has fillers, and other things, so its no longer a healthy food in my opinion. I plan to buy a coconut and try to make my own CM from it. I currently use the Native Forest brand which is the only canned that has no BPA, but even then I use it sparingly in recipes that require it. I also use Tropical Traditions Coconut Creme Concentrate for both making milk and recipes. Thanks for this post.
