Guest guest
Hi Lynne, What a terrific video! I couldn't tell at all which was your bionic knee. And the dog looked really good also. We did obedience 35 years with a Springer. The video brought back old times. Thanks. Joan ________________________________ From: " TrainedYorkie@... You and Kagan look great! Kagan is so focused on you...you are just a great team. It looks like you are also training for obedience. I am not as far out from my TKR as you ( I am just about 5 months). I have started back training my dogs, and I have entered a trial next weekend in Open and Utility. This is after a year with no trials and at least 8 months no training...We got our UD a year ago February. I have a You Tube site also if you would like to go look at one of our trials... http://www.youtube. com/doriemadsen Isn't it wonderful to be able to work with these guys again. Dorie Madsen You'll notice I walk bent forward...I had a piece of bone behind my knee cap and my leg was bowed enough so my Papillon could run between my legs and they were together.... After my TKR my legs are perfectly straight. I amy sure I am taller, too. Greetings! So many of you were so very helpful when I was facing knee replacement last May. I made it through all the questions, all the worries, all the PT, and now am just about 100% recovered. Part of my PT was walking, and my Irish Setters made it so much more fun than walking by myself. here's a video of me & my 2 yr old Irish, Kagan, practising Rally Obedience. We're having a blast, and I'M NOT LIMPING!!!! Oh... guess which knee is titanium & zirconium??? ? http://www.youtube. com/watch? v=BTY_y_NH3Jk Lynne & the redheads Re: [Total_Joint_ Replacement] 9 mth post op You look FABULOUS! Congrats on your successful recovery! And Kagan is not only beautiful - he's SMART! Great video! And very encouraging for everyone. Thanks so much for posting it. Guest guest
Lynne and Dorie, Nice clips of both of you with your dogs. I think you both are walking wonderfully and have done really well with your replacements. Reen

Guest guest
Wow, I'll say! Dorie, I notice that when you stand, you make a point of standing straight. And you can run! Yes, I am impressed. I want to look as good as you someday.:-) And your Pap is really good! Some of us know that's not an easy test. Gail > > Wow, Dorie!
