Guest guest
No silly at all, . I got in the very good habit of carrying my phone around with me when I was recovering from the knee surgeries. It was very helpful, Œcause if the phone rang and it and I were in different rooms there would be no way I could answer it. I also wanted to have it in case I took a fall or some had some other problem. I always take my phone when I go out. I feel more need for safety measures as I have somehow gotten old! I don¹t always have pockets in my clothes so have a small purse that the phone just fits in and I can sling over my shoulder. Come to think of it I think I gave that to a friend who is recovering from her first and planning her second surgery. I don¹t need it in the house so much these days. Guest guest
, you are probably giving us some good advice.....especially those contemplating replacements or just have had one. But I still can't sleep in clothes. I have not even let the thoughts of dislocation enter my feeble mind.........can't go there.......BARB On 1/28/11 2:40 PM, " maryanne.waspe1@... Guest guest
It's not silly if it makes you feel more secure,! I hope the phone isnt needed in that circumstance though. I still take my phone with me when I go for a walk, just in case I fall. Lin Its so funny to read these posts. I also used to wear my birthday suit to bed, BUT after dislocating my hip twice, I now make sure I always have something on usually PJ's, just in case, as there is no way on earth you would be able to get dressed if it came out. After about 4 months of this treatment he said I now have cured the toe nail fungus but still need to use powder and keep the toes dry. He said the fungus is a ringworm. I also set my zapper to the frequency that kills ringworm. At my age I don't have time to try one treatment at a time. 6 months post op I can now dry my toes without the hair dryer. Guest guest
Brickey, I don't know what you mean by zapper ?? Its summer here and I go around bare foot, ( well at home) so my feet don't stay wet very long. In fact I have to drip dry when getting out of the shower, as my arm is useless to perform such a task. Toe nail fungus can be a problem here because of our humidity etc but I have never had it. like the idea of a hair dryer. -- Re: PJ's to bed In a message dated 1/28/2011 3:45:05 P.M. Its summer here and I go around bare foot It is a signal generator that I can put in frequencies up to 20 MHZ. The idea is if you know the resonant frequency of something and you apply this frequency with enough power it will pop just like a glass does when a singer hits the right frequency. I bought some equipment that can duplicate what DR Royal Rife did in Los Angeles in the 1930's. Cost about $5,000 but I have a condition which is one step away from esophagus cancer and I don't like the surgeon solution. The right frequency was hidden since the 1930's until the guy I bought my unit from rebuilt DR Rifes old equipment and saw that a carrier frequency plus an audio frequency was needed to pop cancers. We think we know the correct procedure now. DR Rife's equipment cured 12 terminal cancer patients back in 1934. His reward was the medical association took him to court and made him use every penny defending using an un-authorized procedure. He escaped prison because his experiments was on rabbits. His partners were not so lucky getting 5 years in prison for curing the 12 cancer patients. Drug Companies made the medical association try to shut him down or they would not advertise in the AMA magazine. Google DR Royal Rife if you want the whole story.
