Guest guest
My sister gave me a necklace with a star on it. She said I was a star for working so hard on my rehab. I about rubbed that away on the hard days. It really meant a lot to me to have it. Turns out that I had given it to her 4 years ago when she was rehabbing from her knee surgery! I highly recommend having something like that to hold onto when the going gets rough, a reminder that we can get through it, that we have the strength and the determination, and the courage to do our work. And a reminder of the rewards at the end of the day ‹ a greatly improved quality of life! So I say go to the Emerald City at your nearest mall and get yourself a medal to remind you of the courage that lives in your heart. With you in spirit!
