I have always had knee cap pain.  I had a regular arthroscopy on my left knee 3

years ago, and a sharp, burning knee cap pain ever since then.  When he did my

TKR, he said my knee cap was in bad shape and did some kind of flap

underneath.

It has been 3.5 weeks, and that is where most of my pain has been, in addition

to the tight ace bandage feeling around my knee.  It is getting better, bit by

bit, but very slowly

Subject: a before knee replacement question

Do any of you remember having a terrible burning sensation

right behind your knee cap before you had your knee replacement?

BARB in Florida, who has THR one week from today
