I've been taking loads of cinnamon and turmeric, etc., for a long time now and are listed as very high in oxalates. Thanks. Thing is they wouldn't even need that if they would adopt high-inulin food back into their diet, which arguably is the more correct approach. It's good to note that dietary oxalate handling can be improved by improving bowel ecology.
