Also there is a nice liver cleaner you can take internally as the external of

the spots simply signals there are internal issues needing attention.

It is lemon juice - juice of 1/2 lemon in hot water / a bit of cayeenne - not

too much - but to taste...and some real maple syrup = about 1/2 table spoon or

less...stir and drink...very alkalizing and helps the liver.

Also there are some good liver supporting herbs available, but it makes a big

difference whose herbs they are and whether they are commercial grade or simply

wild-crafted...

Hi,

Coconut oil did not helped me with the spots. I'll tell you what did: fresh

lemon juice, squeeze & rub on the spots before bed time. In a few DAYS you'll

notice they are lighter in color. It will take a few weeks to clear. Also Castor

oil will do the trick. Again, rub the oil on the spot, and watch it disappear

(not that fast, but in a few short weeks). Good luck!
