Guest guest
Also there is a nice liver cleaner you can take internally as the external of the spots simply signals there are internal issues needing attention. It is lemon juice - juice of 1/2 lemon in hot water / a bit of cayeenne - not too much - but to taste...and some real maple syrup = about 1/2 table spoon or less...stir and drink...very alkalizing and helps the liver. Also there are some good liver supporting herbs available, but it makes a big difference whose herbs they are and whether they are commercial grade or simply wild-crafted... Email me off list for more info... certified herbal tincture specialist here. d From: <adrcoco@...> Subject: Re: Re: Things You Didn't Know About Coconuts,,, Coconut Oil Date: Thursday, December 2, 2010, 10:40 AM Â I will try this. I'll tell you what did: fresh lemon juice, squeeze & rub on the spots before bed time. In a few DAYS you'll notice they are lighter in color. It will take a few weeks to clear. Also Castor oil will do the trick. Again, rub the oil on the spot, and watch it disappear (not that fast, but in a few short weeks). Good luck! Neta > > > > Give it a go and let us know.
