Not with coconut and palm kernel oils or ghee.

Plus, eating things raw that you normally eat cooked is unpalatable for most.

Honestly, I feel queasy just thinking about eating and uncooked egg. I think I

speak for many.

And many raw foods are hard for humans to digest comfortably.

So, if we aren't doing damage by cooking some of our food, (which we aren't if

we use coconut, palm kernel or ghee) I see no reason to go raw with normally

cooked foods.
