Guest guest Posted February 15, 2010 Report Share Posted February 15, 2010 Not with coconut and palm kernel oils or ghee. Plus, eating things raw that you normally eat cooked is unpalatable for most. Honestly, I feel queasy just thinking about eating and uncooked egg. I think I speak for many. And many raw foods are hard for humans to digest comfortably.
