Guest guest Posted June 16, 2010 Report Share Posted June 16, 2010 Hello everyone. I went to fitday.com and tracked my nutritional stats for two days and I was a little shocked, to say the least. Day one - Cals Fat (g) Carbs (g) Prot (g) 1,422 101.8 78.1 58.2 Day two - 1,402 115.4 23.5 74.7 I'm happy enough with the amount of calories I ate, but is the fat excessive??? I feel that I need to eat one or two more tablespoons of coconut oil per day and that will really send the fat grams up. I could potentially eat 150 grams of fat per day. I am trying to lose weight (about 50 lbs.) and I don't know if I am on the right track. Can someone steer me in the right direction?
