TKR 5 weeks out - what now?

hi, i have 5 weeks tomorrow since TKR. I'm walking very slowly with a bit of a

limp with a cane. Today I return to work. Can you tell me from experience what

happens after this point? I am transitioning from in-home to outpatient

physical therapy but haven't started that yet. Thank you for any

advice/experience you can offer.
