Guest guest
Greetings group. Has anyone had any dealings with any pediatric cardiologist who was good at dealing with ASD? We just took our 2 1/2yr old for an echo and it was disastrous...she wouldn't even let him touch her ( our new pediatrician found a ventricular septal defect and wants to check it out). Our next step is to sedate her but I was hoping to avoid it if I could find a patient doctor. Thanks for any input.
Guest guest
Have you checked with Rainbow babies and Children's Hospital. We had an EEG test done for our son through one of their offices. They specialize in pediatric care. I don't know of any particular doctor that specializes in autism at Rainbow. There may be one there. I remember how hard it was to visit doctors back when my son was 2 and a half so I totally understand how it is. I'll keep my ears open for a cardiologist for you. Try Rainbow if you haven't yet.
