Some people here might have social problems and could be unable to see that what they say might be offensive. As moderators, we try to see if that might be the case. Some people are very angry, and want to take that anger out on others. These two situations are two very different issues. If someone is being rude just to be rude, and will not try to be a bit more respectful, they'll be asked to leave the group. If there is a social issue, which we've not had many, they will be paired with a partner that will help them see something that might come across as insensitive. I do not feel that was the case with Anne, and she is no longer a member of this group.
