Guest guest Posted September 25, 2007 Report Share Posted September 25, 2007 Hello Everyone, I haven't posted in a while. But I have been reading all the posts. It's been 10 weeks since I had my left hip replaced. I feel like I am doing ok but would like to hear from other folks on their recovery. I am walking on my own and have been for about the last 6 weeks. I was on a walker for 1 week after I got home from a 5 day stay at the hospital. I was on crutches for another two weeks and then I was on my own. I was driving at 4 weeks and now I walk unassisted, although with a limp. I'm very stiff after sitting for a while.
