THR When to go back to work?

Hello,

I had an right THR in March 2010, anterior approach. Never took narcotic meds,

just tramadol and tylenol. Could drive at three weeks. Went back to work at four

weeks post-op. My place of employment requires a doctor's note in order for me

to return. I think most places do. That was easy, a few phone calls and done. I

called the dr's office and the ladies there just faxed a note to the HR folks.
