Guest guest
Hi , Welcome to LL. Thanks for coming out of hiding (lurking). It's great to have you. :-) Yes, you are among friends. We care about you and want to help you in anyway that we can. It probably would be good to get in on the challenge of doing 40 breaths at one sitting each day. This seems to be helping a lot of us. Do you like the Oxy flow machine? What is it doing for you? Karma lost a lot of her weight by doing colon/ parasite cleansing. I know what you mean about oil swishing, I haven't tried that yet either and I'm a little reluctant because of swishing it that long in my mouth. The thought of it, yuck! But maybe I'll get brave one of these days. LOL Have a great day! Love, Liz ________________________________________________________________ YOU'RE PAYING TOO MUCH FOR THE INTERNET! Guest guest
Hi Liz, Thanks for the welcome! I wrote a response a few days ago but its lost out there somewhere, I guess. The Oxyflow is great. It feels great and gives me energy--makes me feel the way I would from a brisk walk, and I have lost 1/2 inch from the top of each thigh. I got a copy of the book that you mentioned by Pam Grout and am finally getting the lightheadedness that le talks about from doing breaths by doing the BBB--I must have been doing the LL breaths incorrectly. I am doing the tightening as I hold the breath-hope it makes some difference around the middle. I continue to enjoy the posts but I keep wanting to buy new books, etc. as people keep mentioning such interesting ideas. stevku@... wrote: Hi , Welcome to LL. Guest guest
Craig, I won't be going any where at all. I will still be with the group. This is such a wonderful list, and they have all been a good shoulder to cry on so I'm glad to return the favor. How is your wife doing? ===== Kristy __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Kristy, Thanks for writing. isn't doing so well. Regular and frequent seizures over the past few days are making life a little difficult. i suspect that a lot of the cause is that she is finding it hard coping with the knolwedge that she is stuck with this disease for life. This, along with a lot of issues relating to incidences of abuse she experienced in her formative years, issues which are only now beginning to resurface and which will, undoubtedly require a lifetime to deal with.I think the medication thing is a flow of of a desire to " cop out " rather than deal with the deep down memories. Probably more info. than you wanted, huh? Sorry to lay this all on you at this time of night. But thanks for listening, anyhow. Craig Re: Great group Craig, I won't be going any where at all. Guest guest
Craig, (((Hugs)))) for both of you. And it's ok, feel free to unload any time. That's what we are here for. And I know how it feels to have a need to unload b/c I didn't have such a good nite last nite either. I'm stilli n a lot of pain right now as it is so that means I will have to take a pain pill in a few minutes. I don't see my dr until the 28th. These last few weeks have been quite an ordeal for me, but I'm glad to have places such as this to be able to vent to. Hang in there and know that you all are in our thoughts. ===== Kristy __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Would be open to going to a homepathic physician? They would explore her deeper levels. Guest guest
Hi Lee, It had never occured to either of us that homeopathy could be beneficial in this situation. Thank you, however. It sounds like it might be worth looking into. Do the homeopathic remedies address the emotional or just the physical aspect of any conditions? Guest guest
I've just got to say, this is the greatest resource ever! I feel like information is much more available here than from doctors. at least that is my experience. I've asked everyone who should be able to tell me from professional experience what is " doing too much " and there is no better information than what I got here!Thank all you who have gone before. Progress seems very slow right now but I suspect thas a result of pushing so hard early on. I do have pain control issues,I seem to always be playing catch up. I wonder if there is something better than oxycodone for me? You were right . I did walk around the store once I got there and it was indeed a bad Idea.
