DEADLY GLUTEN for someone on this list?

I just noticed (and don't know who posted it) that some people GO BACK to

eating Gluten and have little problems. Don't anyone consider going back to

eating Gluten.

There are LOTS OF PEOPLE OUT THERE, who are GLUTEN INTOLERANT and yet, don't

HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS WHATSOEVER, but it can eventually KILL some people.

I was one who DIDN'T have any symptoms but found out accidentally that I was

Gluten Intolerant, while having another test done.

My immune system was less than 19 and should have been 400-880 (in that

range) and I tested postive for Anti-Gliadin Antibodies.

There is a Clinical Pharmacist here who runs the only Metabolic Testing

Centre in Canada and he told me that if you are BORN WITH THE GENE,

something in your life can set it off at ANY AGE. Something like a Flu, a

death in the family, a divorce, a car accident, being visited by Aliens and

so on.
