esteemed knee surgeons.

I would think Dr. Coon's partners in developing quad sparing procedure, Dr.

Tria in New Jersey and Dr. Gobles in Utah.

I went to Coon and had very easy recoveries. I can do anything now with both

knees replaced, well I don't run for sport.

I went to Pilates on the big machines today for the first time since surgeries

and could kneel just fine and had full ROM. I'm almost one year out from second

knee. I am still finding my way about trusting my new knees and figuring out how

I used to get up from being on the floor to standing. But I did fine standing up

from the floor without any help or anything to hang onto. I used to go into

Downward Dog (yoga) to get up like this, but don't have to now.

I'm so thankful every day that I went to Dr. Coon. I flew from California to

South Carolina to have my hips resurfed by the best surgeon, and I'm so glad I

did that.
