Coconut oil on my hair, face, lips, hands and in my morning coffee!

I use coconut oil. Melt it in the palm of my hands and then lightly

touch my hair.

A little goes a long way so be careful, it can get greasy if you use

too much. Also use it on my face, and it absorbs nicely leaving the

skin soft and supple. Also use it in my morning coffee. If you can

et used to the oil part, it is really good.

Also good as a chap stick and hand creme!
